Describing the 3D model is the first step of the production process of a robot. The model can be directly realized, by using the advanced optional CAD CAM software, which allows also the import of 3D scanned files. Clients can model the object themselves on popular 3D softwares or use 3D scannner scanning existing models in foam, clay, gypsum, porcelain, ceramic or any material and send to us the files for production. We can edit, scale up or down easily based on request.
Once realized the model, the tool path is developped by skilled operator into the specialized CAM environment, using ad-hoc tools library or pre-set macro processings.
The robot operating system then shows a 3D simulation of the complete working process, to enable the operator to verify that everything is correct. If necessary, the operator can intervene during this step to improve some aspects of the process.
Once everything is satisfied, and the simulation is complete, the machine operator sends the final program to the robot for the processing.
