FAQs
FAQs
How does pricing work?

Pricing is determined by stone fabricators, who calculate costs based on the labor, time, and expertise required to template, cut, fabricate, and install the stone slabs you select in our showroom. Fabricators are specialized subcontractors equipped to transform raw stone into finished countertops.

Can i purchase your slabs directly?

For retail customers a fabricator is necessary to purchase stone slabs from LuxStone Surfaces. We supply the raw slabs but do not provide installation services or pricing to retail customers directly.

If you are a licensed general contractor, interior designer, or architect you may also purchase from exclusive collection of slabs directly to control your project costs or you may purchase with your preferred fabricator.

How long can I hold materials?

We will hold your selected materials for 14 days. After this two-week period, a 50% deposit is required to continue holding the slabs.

What types of stone do you offer?

We offer an extensive range of high-quality natural and engineered stone slabs, including granite, marble, onyx, quartzite, soapstone, travertine, limestone, sandstone, slate, and tile. We also carry engineered surfaces like semi-precious stone slabs, engineered quartz, sintered stone, porcelain slabs, large-format tile, and recycled glass slabs.

What are your showroom hours?

Our showrooms are open Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Do you offer installation services?

We do not offer installation or fabrication services. However, we work closely with top local fabricators in all our markets. We can recommend our preffered fabricators if requested.

How do I determine how many slabs I need?

Your fabricator will confirm the number of slabs needed for your project based on your measurements before placing any slabs on hold with us.
